This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home with beautiful views of the bay. Beautiful sunsets! It shares a dock and pool with the home on the same lot. The bedrooms consist of 3 queen beds. The master has a tub/shower combo and the second bath has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals. (Bring your own condiments) There is a Keurig coffee maker only. This home can be rented along with My Point of View (VRBO #1584200) You can easily put your boat in at the Pier and tie your boat to the dock. The pool can be heated for an additional fee in the fall, the pool is heated in the spring at no additional charge. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February.There is an outdoor charcoal grill. The views of the sunset are amazing! Internet is provided along with smart TV's. Cable TV is not provided. You will need to have your own streaming accounts. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
