Summer Wind is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home With a Private Pool, Located On The Beautiful St. George Island. Beach access is directly across the street with a boardwalk leading to The beach. It Has Everything You Need. Private Pool with a waterfall and pergola for those who want some shade. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September, October. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. The waterfall feature does not work while pool is being heated. It has unobstructed exceptional Beach Views, Large Living Area With Open Kitchen.. Plenty Of Parking Space. Tile Floors In All Rooms, Open Floor Plan And Much Much More. Sorry! No Smoking, No Pets! This home has a maximum occupancy of eight, please do not email inquiries that exceed the maximum occupancy! Smart TV's and Internet are provided in the bedrooms and living room. Cable TV is no longer provided. You will need your own streaming account.

Loved This House
My husband and I and 5 of our friends rented this house to stay in during our annual visit to SGI for the Rock by the Sea music festival. The house was beautifully maintained and VERY clean! We had great access to the beach, but actually spent most of our days enjoying the great pool and patio. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. we had dinner and drinks each night at Harry A's on the island (due to that being the location of the RBTS music festival). Patrick Kelly (the owner) and his entire staff are top notch. AMAZING food and great hospitality. Can't recommend Harry A's enough!

Nice Place, Spacious, Great Location
No complaints about this property. It is in a prime spot on the island -- close to town, but very quiet.

Lovely Home Comfortable and Clean
It was very nice indeed. This is our second stay at Summer Wind. It feels like home and is so comfortable and friendly... I could stay forever

We had a great stay at Summerwind! This home was across the street from the easy beach access! SGI never disappoints and we love coming to the island. We couldn’t figure out the TV but who cares about watching TV at the beach?! We ate out and didn’t do much cooking. Communication with host was simple and I would stay here again!

Piece of Paradise
My family and I had a wonderful time at Summer Wind. The location, the pool, and size of the house was perfect for our family of 5. We spent most of our time outdoors, but when we were inside we loved cooking, playing games, and watching movies. We love the size of the front porch and loved being able to sit on the massive rockers even on the rainy moments of the day. My older kiddos (6&5) loved the bunk beds. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
