Summer Wind is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home With a Private Pool, Located On The Beautiful St. George Island.  Beach access is directly across the street with a boardwalk leading to The beach. It Has Everything You Need. Private Pool with a waterfall and pergola for those who want some shade. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May.  September, October, can be heated for an additional fee depending on the weatherThe pool is NOT HEATED in November, December, January and February! The waterfall feature does not work while pool is being heated.  It has unobstructed exceptional Beach Views, Large Living Area With Open Kitchen. Plenty Of Parking Space. Tile Floors In All Rooms, Open Floor Plan And Much Much More. The 3 bedrooms contain 1 king size bed, 1 queen bed and two bunk beds. The three bathrooms are spacious. Linen is included. 1 set of linen per bed. You may want to bring extra linen. No Smoking, No Pets! This home has a maximum occupancy of eight, please do not email inquiries that exceed the maximum occupancy!

Loved This House

My husband and I and 5 of our friends rented this house to stay in during our annual visit to SGI for the Rock by the Sea music festival. The house was beautifully maintained and VERY clean! We had great access to the beach, but actually spent most of our days enjoying the great pool and patio. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. we had dinner and drinks each night at Harry A's on the island (due to that being the location of the RBTS music festival). Patrick Kelly (the owner) and his entire staff are top notch. AMAZING food and great hospitality. Can't recommend Harry A's enough!

No complaints about this property. It is in a prime spot on the island -- close to town, but very quiet.

Lovely Home Comfortable and Clean

It was very nice indeed. This is our second stay at Summer Wind. It feels like home and is so comfortable and friendly... I could stay forever
