Based on the idea of the popular Seaplace cottages with an upscale twist. This beautiful beachfront home offers luxury amenities such as Travertine Marble and tile floors, professionally decorated interiors, private boardwalk to the beach and much much more. 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, condiments not included. open porch from living area, private porch from master bedroom, and more. Community pool that is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September, October. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. 10 percent discount for any cancer survivor! Smart TV's are provided in the Living room and bedrooms. Internet is provided. Cable TV is no longer provided. You must have your own streaming account.

Wonderful HOme
The location of this home is absolutely fantastic!! It is literally right on the beach (which we love). Easy to walk to local bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a shared pool with a couple hammocks, perfect for mid afternoon naps! We have previously rented from the owners before and will continue to do so because we love their homes so much!

Wonderful Stay in the Skinnie Minnies
First time to St George Island, great experience. House was in a good location. Walking distance to “town”. Beautiful beaches. And when we were there in late September the weather was great and beaches uncrowded !! Perfect. Would stay here again.

Relaxing stay at St George
Great property and wonderful location. This is our second year staying at this property during spring break and it was wonderful yet again. Our family has 3 children. 6,9 and a 2 year old and it was a wonderful fit. The beach is directly in front of the property and there is a great pool. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the front porch and watching the sunset in the evening. Highly recommend.

Great Stay
Our first visit to Saint George Island but definitely not our last. House was in a great location, on the beach and nice bonus with the shared pool. House exactly as described perfect with each bedroom having en-suite bathroom

Great Location and Layout
My family really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance of several stores and restaurants. The layout of the home was perfect for us. My brother, his wife, and their two children had the first floor. My wife and I stayed on the third floor and the common area was on the 2nd floor. Plenty of room to socialize, but also have some privacy. The beach was a short walk over a private walkway.
