This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is professionally decorated and designed for relaxation, featuring travertine marble and tile floors throughout and elegant coastal interiors. The open living area flows onto a spacious beachfront porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Gulf. The master suite also features its own private porch, offering a peaceful retreat with the sound of the waves just steps away.
A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters anytime you like.
The home includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay (condiments not included), as well as comfortable gathering spaces ideal for families and friends.
Community Pool:
Guests also enjoy access to a community pool, heated to 84° in March, April, May, September, and October.
The pool is not heated in November, December, January, or February.
Entertainment & Connectivity:
Smart TVs are provided in the living room and all bedrooms, and high-speed internet is included. Cable TV is no longer provided, so guests will need to log into their own streaming accounts for viewing.

Great Stay
Our first visit to Saint George Island but definitely not our last. House was in a great location, on the beach and nice bonus with the shared pool. House exactly as described perfect with each bedroom having en-suite bathroom

Great Location and Layout
My family really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance of several stores and restaurants. The layout of the home was perfect for us. My brother, his wife, and their two children had the first floor. My wife and I stayed on the third floor and the common area was on the 2nd floor. Plenty of room to socialize, but also have some privacy. The beach was a short walk over a private walkway.
