Beach front living on beautiful St. George Island, mere steps from the ocean via your own private boardwalk: Breathe Easy, surrounded by over forty mature palm trees, is the family-friendly home that will make your vacation holiday special. Upscale furnishings and flat-screen tvs are found in the two separate living areas; over 3400 sf means lots of room for extended families. Upstairs, the large, open-house plan provides over 1200 square feet of family space, which includes a living room with two over-sized couches and adequate seating for your group; dining for twelve; well-equipped kitchen, with Viking 48" gas dual-fuel six-burner range with double oven, French-door refrigerator and farm sink; and another gathering area with additional seating and a game table for six. The expansive balcony provides outdoor easy living, whether watching the dolphins or the kids playing on the beach or in the Gulf. Seating in this area includes a small table and chairs for morning coffee while watching the dolphins and a large cushioned, sectional for lounging anytime. The three bedrooms upstairs have king-size pillow-top mattresses, with all three having private bathroom access. The downstairs second living area has a morning kitchen with an additional full-size refrigerator, microwave and another Keurig coffee-maker. DVDs, books, and games are also available. Bedrooms downstairs include one with king-size bed and the other, a children's bunk room, with two bunk-beds. An additional bath with large shower is located in this area. Surrounded by more than twenty mature palms and other native vegetation,the pool area provides both a gas Weber grill and a charcoal grill option with dining tables and chairs for twelve. The large pool area provides a resort-style getaway, with both a sun deck and covered cabana and lounge chairs for six. We hope you will have a wonderful holiday and because we live on the Island, we are available during your stay. Security Cameras (focused on public, entrance areas only) are in use at the home. Please inquire about Pet (dogs, only please), as to breed/size. Pet Fee $250.

Paradise on the Gulf
We visited SGI to Breathe Easy for our 2023 Family Vacation. Ages ranged from 13-88. We were a party of 8. Breathe Easy exceeded our expectations from day one. The house was huge, plenty of space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen from spices to plate wear and untensils. The view from the back porch and side porch are breathe taking. We watched the beautiful sunrise every morning as well as watching dolphins 10ft from the shore playing everyday!! They have plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and towels you dont have to bring any of that with you. The owners Bob and Sharon were amazing and very punctual to any of our needs. We are already planning our trip back. If you want a slice of heaven and a beautiful beach house Breathe Easy is your pick! 5âï¸'s across the board!!!

5 Star All the Way
This property looked amazing in the pictures, but upon arrival, was even better in person. Beautiful, clean, amd spacing. The owners were amazing and attentive as well. Great communication and they pay attention to all of the little details that make a vacation stay special. The location is right on the beach and the house comes fully equipped. The in ground pool was magnificent and when they warmed it up it was a gamechanger. We had a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, but this place could comfortably house 12. If you stay here you will not regret it. We would highly recommend this property and will be looking to stay here again the next time we come to SGI.

Fantastic Family Fun!
The house was perfect for our family of 9. Everyone had lots of space, and you can’t get any closer to the beach. The views from inside were fantastic too. The pool was a great place to cool down in the afternoon, and it was a lovely area to enjoy a meal together as well. We all agreed this was our favorite by far!

Relaxing Island Vacation
Beautiful property with everything you could need for a week at the beach. Large pool with lots of seating and privacy. Nice decks overlooking the ocean for your daily dolphin viewing. Plenty of room for everybody and sitting spaces on both levels. Kitchen has everything you could need and then more. Owners are amazing and even left little surprises for us for a warm welcome! Sharon was very quick and responsive to all questions. Amazing beach front property!

Fantastic
The house was better than we expected. It had everything we needed for the week including beach chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. The pool was great for when the kids were over the sand. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. Zero crowds on the beach. We rented a golf cart which worked perfect on the island. Communication was better than I could have imagined. We especially loved the extra treats for us and the kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation
We stayed at “Breathe Easy” with our family and had a fabulous week. The house had an amazing view of the beach and water from both levels. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a croc pot, which we used. We loved long walks on the beach and enjoyed the close proximity to the water. We also enjoyed the pool and floats to relax. The house is large enough for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and comfortable. The gas grill was perfect for gilling burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and even pork tenderloin. The house is centrally located on the island which made shopping at Piggly Wiggly very convenient (only 3 minutes away). Ben and Sharon were the perfect hosts and easily accessible to answer any of our questions. We would definitely recommend this property for your family beach vacation.

Very Enjoyable Stay
Our family of 11 had a great visit this past spring break. The place was very spacious and with all the space everyone had their own area, especially for the teens. Wonderful views and great spot right on the beach. The heated pool was a very nice perk since a few days were on the chilly side! Property owners were wonderful to work with and even left a box of goodies for us for at arrival. We look forward to another visit next year, would definitely not hesitate to rent again. Thank you so much Sharon and Ben for an amazing week!
