Welcome to Gratitude Cottage!

A home of true craftsmanship and woodwork, this lovely 3BR/2BA home features a gorgeous wood interior with high ceilings and an open living space immersed in natural lighting. A wrap-around sundeck faces the sunset with seating and a hammock for lazy days.

The living area offers a large, flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a music player to connect your music streaming device. A single pull-out Twin size sleeper chair is available for additional sleeping accommodations. The dining room seats up to 6 and is a step away from the well-equipped kitchen with tiled countertops and custom wood cabinets.

The master bedroom with Queen bed opens to the wrap around deck and has a private bathroom with a large, tiled shower. An additional Queen bedroom can be found at the opposite end of the hallway, just past the shared bathroom with tiled shower and deck access. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

At the top of the spiral staircase is the loft bedroom where you can observe the beauty of your surroundings with 360 degree views of Gulf waters and lush vegetation. This space is open to the living area below and offers tenants a 3rd bedroom option or a cozy reading nook with a single futon and book library.

The laundry room with full size washer and dryer can be found underneath the home in our storage room along with 3 bicycles for complimentary use. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning sink can also be found in this shaded space and a nearby park-style charcoal grill is available to cook up the catch of the day.

Under-house concrete parking offers covered parking for 1 vehicle with additional paved parking at the front entrance of the home.

Beach access is an easy 3 minute walk along the quiet residential roads of the St. George Plantation and the Plantation Clubhouse with community pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts is just one street over, a convenient walk or bicycle ride away. Enjoy the amenities and explore the St. George Plantation along the bicycle paths that weave along and away from the beach or delve deeper into the hidden coves and bay access areas offered by this prestigious community.
