Your family will love this new home located on St. George
Your family will love this new home located on St. George Island and only a 2 minute walk to the 7th Street beach access. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 in beds. The master bedroom has a king, a second master has a queen bed, one bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom has bunk beds and a full size futon. This home features a fully stocked kitchen and seating for up to 10. From the covered back deck spanning the width of the home, you can enjoy meals on the outdoor patio table seating 6 as well as a separate comfortable lounge area for four. The back deck overlooks your private pool and has a beautiful view of the Gulf Beach and the sounds of the ocean waves. In 2018 we added a outdoor space downstairs by the pool. It offers covered (shaded) seating and outdoor dinning. Pool is equipped with 4 lounge chairs and two additional sun chairs. Also available for use is a sea kayak and SUP stand up paddle board along with the 5 beach chairs, wagon and beach supplies. Please do not leave on beach after 7 PM due to "sea turtle" ordinance. Bonfires are great on the beach in Fall and Spring but please be careful to clean up after fully extinguishing the fire.
It is only a short walk or bike ride to town (about 1 mile), which features shops and restaurants for the entire family. On the East end of SGI there is a State Park that is approximately 5 miles long. Here you can enjoy a private walk on the beach or enjoy fishing in the bay. There are also boat ramps. SGI is a quaint Island Community without the crowds and pompousness of PC Beach or the 30A panhandle beaches. In an effort to provide our guests with the most efficient check-in and check-out process, we prefer to rent our home Sunday - Sunday during the busy season (May through August 10th) with weekly 7 day rental only during Summer.

Great house!

Beautiful House, great amenities and an excellent location!
The house was perfect for our needs. It is such a nice bonus to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Everything was just as advertised and it exceeded our expectations. The patio and pool area were so nice we ended up spending a lot of our time hanging out there. The kitchen had everything that we needed to make it feel like home. We were there for a month and hope to be back soon!

Good pandemic location
I specifically wanted a facility with a private pool, near an uncrowded beach, because my granddaughter is immunocompromised and is too young to be vaccinated. This property made it possible for three generations to be together safely during the ongoing pandemic. Most people at St. George Island were not using good precautions, but our semi-isolation allowed us be safe anyway.

Outstanding SGI Property
Island Tide tops our list of the many vacation homes that we have stayed in over the years. With so many great amenities that most properties don’t take the care to include, Island Tide was welcoming, comfortable, and fun from the start of our stay. We enjoyed the comfort of the beautiful home inside, the pool with shaded deck area outside, and the close proximity to the beach making the daily beach set-up very easy. We couldn’t stop talking about how Island Tide was the best property we have ever vacationed at. Our trip was cut a couple of days short due to the weather (tropical storm), and we were really bummed about that. We will definitely return to Island Tide in the future.

Fantastic
We had a wonderful week at Island Tide. The home is spacious and was plenty big for our group of 7. We enjoyed the seating areas on the porch and on the lower level near the pool. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. Perfect for our family!
